Many Options to Choose from When Designing the Brazos CabinThe Brazos cabin features a combination living/dining room, one or two bedrooms, a full bath, galley style kitchen, an optional sleeping loft, and a built-in laundry area. The bedrooms are sizable enough to fit in a queen-sized bed with good circulation space. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and can add a raised sidewall for upper windows for natural lighting.
The galley-style kitchen in the Brazos Cabin features a stainless steel double sink, space for a full-size range and fridge, and handcrafted cabinets in various style options.
The bath comes with a 48” built-in standing shower, a vanity with storage space, and a medicine cabinet.

Cabins Built to Last
All of our Lelands Cabins are built to current building codes and are backed by engineered plans and our Lelands Inspection process. Structural features include 2×6 exterior walls, 2×10 rafters 16” on center, ¾ tongue and groove Sturdi-Floor subfloor, spray foam subfloor insulation and pex water lines.
